KNICKERBOCKER WINS 2nd SUPERINTENDENT OF THE YEAR AWARD

Scott Knickerbocker of Olde South Homes, Inc. was awarded the Superintendent of the Year for the 2nd year in a row at the recent Triangle Sales and Marketing Council’s MAME Awards gala. Knickerbocker has been in the home building industry for 20 years, and has been with Olde South Homes for 6 years.

The Superintendent of the Year Award was given based on involvement in the home building industry, buyer relations, sales & marketing team relations and success in the marketplace. “We are extremely proud to have Scott as a part of the Olde South Homes team,” says Frank Wiesner, company vice-president. “He is an incredibly hard worker and an extremely skilled superintendent. Much of our success is attributable to Scott and his talent and work ethic. He is certainly very deserving of this award.”
