 Olde South Homes is a 7-Time recipient of the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council’s MAME Building Company of the Year Award. The award is given based on industry involvement, product  development, advertising, merchandising, broker relations, success in the marketplace and significant contributions to the Real Estate industry. Olde South Homes is also a 2-Time winner of the Durham Orange Chatham County HBA Builder of the Year. Wiesner is a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), a past HBA-DOC President and is currently the North Carolina HBA First Vice President, and the HBA-DOC Chairman of the Habitat for Humanity Builder Blitz. The company’s management team is continually involved in the local area Home Builder’s Associations and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council to stay abreast of industry happenings and to maintain an influence in the local markets.
