Olde South Homes Wins 9th Building Company of the Year Award


Olde South Homes, Inc. was named Building Company of the Year for an unprecedented ninth time at the recent Triangle Sales and Marketing Council’s MAME Awards gala, achieving something no other company has accomplished. Olde South Homes, Inc. also received Building Company of the Year Awards in 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

The Building Company of the Year Award was given based on product development, advertising, merchandising, involvement in the industry, broker relations, success in the marketplace, and contributions to the real estate industry over the past year. “We are extremely proud to have received this award for the ninth time,” says Frank Wiesner, company vice-president. “It is a validation of our continued commitment to our industry and to our team’s hard work and dedication to delivering a quality product to our homeowners at a great value. And in this economy, that validation is a great reward.”

Olde South Homes also received a MAME Award for The Best Ad Campaign for a Community, for their “Letters From The Rubber Room” promotion.
