Frank Wiesner was in attendance at the awards show to accept the awards for Best Direct Mail Piece for a Community Under $250,000 and Best Logo Design for a Builder, Developer, Associate or Realty Company. The award for Best Direct Mail Piece for a Community Under $250,000 was judged on the effectiveness in conveying the project, copy, overall design and relaying information. The Best Logo Design for a Builder, Developer, Associate or Realty Company award was based on overall design, graphics, concept and execution, message and emotion communicated to target market.
