Wiesner Awarded William C. Bass Leadership Award

Frank Wiesner, MIRM, President of Olde South Homes, Inc. was recently awarded the William C. Bass Leadership Award. This award is given to Frank for his vision, leadership and influence that was demonstrated as Chair of the 2006 and 2008 Habitat for Humanity Builder Blitz.

Home Builder’s Blitz is a way for Habitat for Humanity and the building industry to team up to build homes for those in need. As Chair of the Builder Blitz in 2006 and 2008, Frank assisted in the building of 20 affordable homes for families. After his second successful Builder Blitz chairmanship, Frank was recently asked to take a two year appointment to the Habitat for Humanity International Builder Blitz Committee. In this capacity, Frank will serve as a liaison to the Home Building Industry nationally, to strengthen the relationships between HBAs and Habitat for Humanity.
